While officers were on routine patrol, they made contact with a suspicious subject. Once contact was made and his personal information was obtained; it was discovered that there was an open warrant out of Volusia County for his arrest. Subject was taken into custody at that time without incident.
Law Enforcement received a call about a male inside Publix that was hiding merchandise in his pants. Subject ran out of the store after being approached by Loss Prevention. Subject was located hiding behind a trash dumpster at a local car dealership, taken into custody without incident.

Defendant had previously been issued a Trespass Warning, and was located on the property again, in company with co-defendant Blackmore. Defendant was arrested.
